Design, implement, and maintain computer networks and related systems.
Configure and install network hardware and software, including routers, switches, wireless APs, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages.
Provide Level 2/3 support to users and collaborate with IT teams.
Implement robust network security measures and tools.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of network protocols and the OSI/TCP-IP models.
Hands-on experience with network hardware, software, and monitoring tools.
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Cisco Meraki are highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and SD-WAN technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to adapt and learn new technologies.
