Amman, Jordan – February 25, 2025 – Estarta has been recognized for its commitment to diversity and inclusion, winning the Bronze Trophy at the inaugural IFC Jordan Diversity Trailblazer Awards. The prestigious event, held at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, celebrated private sector companies leading efforts to advance gender equality in the workplace.
With over 60 companies applying, the awards were organized by IFC in collaboration with the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) and supported by the Kingdom of the Netherlands. PwC won first place, followed by Bank al Etihad in second place, while Estarta secured the third spot and the Bronze Trophy for its continuous efforts to support and empower women in the workforce.
The award was received by Estarta’s CEO, Mutaz H. Nabulsi, in recognition of the company’s impactful initiatives fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace. This achievement highlights Estarta’s dedication to creating opportunities for women and advancing them into leadership roles.
