Promoting a positive work-life balance for workers is a top priority for Estarta! Our organization has put in place a number of efforts to enhance work-life balance since we understand how important employee well-being and productivity are. Most Estartans work a hybrid work week. The organization helps decrease commute times and delivers a more cozy and pleasant work environment by allowing employees to work from home. Estarta runs wellness initiatives like yoga sessions, therapy workshops, and stress-management seminars to promote a positive work environment. These programs seek to improve the physical and emotional health of workers. Overall, Estarta’s attention to work-life balance is a reflection of its commitment to the fulfillment and happiness of its employees, which eventually results in a more motivated and effective workforce.
Estarta at Injaz Corporates Contact Person Meeting

On Sunday, July 23, members of Estarta’s Public Relations team participated in a key event by attending the Injaz Corporates Contact Person meeting at the Hilton Amman. The core agenda of this gathering was to delve into the realms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the importance of volunteerism in today’s corporate landscape. During the meeting, a number of professionals shared insights, experiences, and best practices pertaining to the topic. There were several open discussions as well. The focus on volunteerism served as a key aspect of the discussions, highlighting how businesses can actively contribute to society’s betterment by encouraging their employees to volunteer their time and skills. This includes volunteerism in the educational sector, demonstrating how business professionals can share their knowledge and pass it on to the next generations. Volunteerism at Estarta By actively engaging in volunteer activities, companies can not only give back to the community but also encourage a sense of purpose and fulfillment among their workforces. Estarta strongly pushes volunteerism and believes in its integral role in shaping a better tomorrow. With all of that said, Estarta promotes volunteerism among Estartans by providing many opportunities for them to volunteer. On top of that, these volunteering initiatives are done on company time, so the employee is not required to request leave.
Tafila Skills’ Development Center Graduation- Second Batch

On Thursday, June 8, the Tafila Skills’ Development Center, with which Estarta is partnered, celebrated the graduation of its second batch, which was entirely comprised of outstanding, bright ladies. Estarta, which is dedicated to promoting skill development, enabling individuals, and establishing a culture of perpetual learning, collaborated with the center to empower people in the southern Jordanian region. The graduation ceremony was a special moment in the center’s constant efforts to uplift the paths of its students. The Tafila Skills’ Development Center has been delivering high-quality training programs for numerous people, with a special focus on women, under the leadership and support of Estartan trainers, helping them to acquire valuable skills and knowledge! On the road to their training, the second group of alumni showed dedication and resolve, becoming certified professionals. The graduation ceremony provided a platform to honor their accomplishments and recognize their enormous potential. It also ended with many of the graduates signing contracts with Estarta, which was a huge plus for both parties.
Estarta Greece Launch – Marking Global Growth

Estarta is thrilled to reveal the launch of its eighth and newest location in Athens, Greece. As one would expect, Estarta highlighted this milestone by celebrating its ongoing global growth and expansion at the new delivery site through a prime event on June 1. With much elation, the opening event was quite a success, with much anticipation fueling what’s to come next! Estarta’s strategic presence in Athens seeks to cultivate local talent, stimulate knowledge exchange, and assist in the digital transformation initiatives of both Greek and international businesses. As for the designated site, the Athens location was thoughtfully selected based on a number of crucial success components in the business world, including the availability of qualified technical human capital and assets, the capacity to offer polyglot services, and Greece’s highly desirable and attractive location in the heart of Europe. With the expectation of significant future expansion, Estarta will begin operations with 150 team members. As it were, Estarta is a pioneering ICT organization dedicated to crafting quality services around the globe; this new milestone only adds the figures needed to cement this statement.
Estarta Attends Women on the Front Lines

Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Bisher Al-Khasawneh, the Prime Minister of Jordan, the May Chidiac Foundation hosted the “Women on the Front Lines” event at the Fairmont Hotel, Amman, which Estarta’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee attended. This 1-day conference took place on Monday, May 22nd. The several panels held throughout the day did wonders to highlight the remarkable accomplishments of women everywhere, and especially in the region. Topics covered include women in politics, education, careers, revolutions, environmental issues, cinema and TV series’, artificial intelligence (AI), and more! It was truly eye-opening to listen to so many inspirational, bright, and exceptional ladies. Their stories, knowledge, and ideas were great to hear, especially from such a diverse group of amazing women coming from many different places. Of the panelists and guests, there were ladies from Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and more, covering quite a large portion of the globe! Many notable speakers were in attendance, including Princess Basma Bint Ali. Overall, Estarta was delighted to witness such a thrilling and rich evening, helped by many powerful voices.
Software QA Training Manual Testing: Award Ceremony

Estarta hosted an award ceremony for the students who have successfully completed the “Software QA Training: Manual Testing” course given by our very own Professional Services and Solutions department! We were especially proud to see an overwhelming female majority among the students. As an ICT company that cares about promoting “women’s empowerment,” this ceremony really cemented our core values. The students have all successfully passed the “Software QA Training: Manual Testing” course with flying colors and were thus awarded certificates in recognition of their fine achievements. Estarta regularly holds training courses, whether for employees, university students, or any interested, qualified individual. This training course was only one of many. As for May, the Professional Services and Solutions department will be providing potential candidates with the chance to apply for a “Java Development Training Program.” We look forward to seeing what comes next.
International Girls in ICT Day 2023 at Estarta

Estarta is pleased to have had the chance to celebrate International Girls in ICT Day with bright young students from Al Manhal School! The next generation of women in this day and age needs to be enabled for more, and Estarta is committed to encouraging them to work in the IT field. We hosted an educational seminar covering women in the IT sector at the event, as well as a well-rounded tour of our company. It was stimulating to see the interest and enthusiasm these young ladies displayed, and we feel proud to have aided their road to professional success in the business world. The students played an active role during the session and asked many thought-provoking questions. As a leading IT company, with almost 50% of the staff body consisting of females, it was especially great to see so many promising young ladies. Estarta is perpetually keen on enabling females in general, as women’s empowerment, diversity, and inclusion are quite important to our organization.
Estarta Volunteering at Mawaaed Al-Rahman

Leading software development and IT services provider Estarta held its final Ramadan volunteer event on Thursday, April 13. The Mawaaed Al-Rahman event was a resounding hit in terms of giving back to the community. The Jordanian non-governmental organization Tkiyet Um Ali, which Princess Haya formed in memory of her late mother, Queen Alia, is associated with the Mawaaed Al-Rahman initiative. Tkiyet Um Ali is the first program of its sort in Jordan, offering supplies and amenities to the underprivileged, hungry, and needy segments of Jordanian society. Ultimately, this event was a great opportunity for many, granting individuals in need support and uniting a varied collection of volunteers to work toward a shared objective. We thank all those who have participated in volunteering!
