Estarta Crowns Team FC Mix as Winner of Estarta Football
Estarta finished its prime event of awareness for the month of November as a part of the Movember campaign to highlight the importance of mental and physical health for its Gents employees. The campaign consisted of multiple activities, with the football league being the main event; it had multiple playoffs, quarterfinals, semifinals, and final games, which Team FC Mix was crowned champion of for the year 2021. The League created great memories and contributed to healthy sportsmanship between the players and employees, in addition to much-needed exercise and team activity after such a great year of work and commitment. The final match had a noticeable enthusiasm and was attended by employees who cheered for their colleagues as well as the management team, who were there to support and encourage such positive activities that highlight mental and physical health and the importance of sports and exercise for our male employees, whether done individually or collectively as a team. We Would like to thank our employees for making this league memorable for all of us.

Estarta Hosts Game for Chess with the Royal Jordanian Chess Club
We hosted the first game session of our “Chess Club” in coordination with the Royal Jordanian Chess Club. The session was designed to imitate the usual Chess League style, where the players kept competing until the final tournament, which Hisham Alsalhi won the title for. The employees had a great time bonding and sharing their passion for such a great game, and we are looking forward to more exciting events for the Chess club in the future!
Estarta Celebrates Its Long-Tenured Employees
Estarta celebrated its employees of 5, 10, 15, and 20-year tenures in an appreciation event for their many years of service and dedication to the company. The event took place on Estarta premises in Amman in the presence of CEO Dr. Mutaz Al Nabulsi, the department directors, and Human Resources management. The many years of service are a true testimony of our employees commitment to the organization, as they have been a part of our company’s success over the years.

Estarta Joins Toastmasters International
We are happy to announce that Estarta has successfully joined Toastmasters International! Our club of 23 employees has finished the initial onboarding with Toastmasters International, where they practiced public speaking and leadership skills, and is now ready to start their professional and personal development journey, where they will maximize their potential and work on networking in a small and supportive environment, as well as practice writing speeches and presenting in a group setting so they can gain a competitive advantage in the workplace and build self-confidence and self-awareness. Congratulations to our club members, and we wish them all the best!

The First Session of the Personal Growth Plan Series
The women’s empowerment committee held its first session titled (Joy at Work) within its series Personal Growth Plan last Thursday, September 2nd. The session was led by Hanan Yousef, GFEP team manager. The attendees enjoyed a positive atmosphere and had fruitful discussions about eye-opening insights that will help immensely at work.
