The Cloud Support Frontline Support is responsible for providing support for Cisco Cloud Collaboration applications. As the first point of contact at Cisco, the CSSO will represent the Cisco Brand Promise by delivering exceptional experience and effectively identifying the right support path and owning/ driving a complete resolution of the requestors’ needs. The CSSO will support customers, partners and Cisco employees through a variety of channels such as phone, email and chat.
* Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or Modern Languages.
* 0-2 years of experience in customer support environment.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
