A Recap of the Seventh WEPs Network Meeting

UN Women

The Estarta PR ladies recently attended the seventh Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) network meeting, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Amman, as part of ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and empower women in the workplace. This gathering of voices and viewpoints under the umbrella of UN Women addressed a wide range of crucial issues. The Strength of Collaboration The pursuit of gender equality is a shared goal at Estarta, and the company regularly participates in WEPs network meetings as just one example of its steadfast dedication to this cause. These events provide organizations with essential forums for cooperation, knowledge sharing, and group effort in the direction of a more gender-equitable and inclusive future. A Rich Range of Topics The seventh WEPs network conference was no different, as it covered a wide range of important topics with a significant impact on the workplace. Participants in the discussion covered everything from the universal issue of workplace safety—emphasizing its importance for both men and women—to the implementation of initiatives for employee wellbeing that place a high priority on their physical and emotional well-being. Gender Equality as the Vanguard The discussion of gender equality was surely one of the meeting’s main tenets. As it were, achieving gender equality is a lifelong undertaking that calls for vigilance and commitment. A Pledge for the Better The WEPs network gatherings serve as change agents rather than just forums for discussion. They stand as evidence of the group’s determination to confront the status quo and open the door to a more equitable and inclusive future. By actively participating in these discussions, Estarta shows its commitment to bringing about significant change both inside and outside the workplace. Walking the Talk Estarta’s attendance at the WEPs network gathering exemplifies the organization’s motto of turning words into deeds. It serves as a symbol of the business’ commitment to establishing an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, may succeed. For Estarta, a dedication to workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion is more than just a checkbox; it’s a core value. Estarta is ready to take an active part in these game-changing discussions as the WEPs network meetings continue to be a light of cooperation and advancement. Read more here!

estarta Annual event

Estarta held its annual event in an exceptional and unforgettable way on Friday, August 18. Prominent guests, including the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and valued partners were there to honor the occasion. This year’s event took place at the historic Amman Citadel, which gave the celebrations a touch of grandeur. Celebrating Innovation and Partnerships at the Amman Citadel As for the event site, the Amman Citadel added a unique dimension to the celebration. Nestled on a hill in the heart of Amman, the Citadel is a historic site that dates back to ancient times. Its stunning views and rustic ruins provided a captivating backdrop for the event. The scene helped blend the old with the new in a way that symbolizes Estarta’s approach to technology. That approach is building on a strong foundation while embracing the future. Annual Event 2023 Overall, the night was filled with enthusiasm and profound enjoyment. The team was also able to blow off some steam after months of hard work. The celebration included both a look back at what had been accomplished as well as a forward-looking, positive outlook. The company’s aim to keep pushing boundaries, to keep innovating, and to have a positive impact was collectively reaffirmed by the palpable energy in the air. After over three decades on the scene, the company proudly celebrated its 1500+ professionals under its umbrella, with a noteworthy percentage of them being females, during this event. This number is particularly impressive considering the ICT sector has traditionally been male-dominated. The annual event served as a reminder of the company’s lasting spirit of advancement. It also cemented its commitment to its partners and clients, and its role in influencing Jordan’s digital landscape as Estarta enters its 33rd year.
