The Estarta Women Empowerment event – Thrive Together, was a remarkable day filled with valuable insights. Moreover, it consisted of a range of beneficial activities and the spirit of empowerment. Hence, the event was designed to provide participants with tools to reflect, connect, and grow. That is, both personally and professionally, ensuring an enriching experience for all attendees.
Estarta Women Empowerment Event
The event featured a series of thoughtfully designed sessions. Furthermore, each with a unique focus on personal development. It kicked off with breathing exercises, where the team learned techniques to reduce stress and improve mental clarity. So, this simple yet powerful practice helped set a calm and focused tone for the rest of the day!
Then, the agenda continued with a personality test that gave deeper insights into individual traits and more. Many of the ladies learned a lot about themselves through this activity.
Following this, the Step Forward activity encouraged attendees to reflect on their lifestyles and to set new goals or work on themselves. This was an empowering activity highlighting points of strength as well as areas of improvement.
Building Connections and Growth
The Thrive Together Event was, in a sense, an opportunity for participants to empower one another while learning more about oneself. That is why the committee passed out an influential and phycological piece of literature for the ladies to learn and grow from as a giveaway for all.
