Estarta Annual Event 2023 – Celebrating Innovation

Estarta held its annual event in an exceptional and unforgettable way on Friday, August 18. Prominent guests, including the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and valued partners were there to honor the occasion. This year’s event took place at the historic Amman Citadel, which gave the celebrations a touch of grandeur. Celebrating Innovation and Partnerships at the Amman Citadel As for the event site, the Amman Citadel added a unique dimension to the celebration. Nestled on a hill in the heart of Amman, the Citadel is a historic site that dates back to ancient times. Its stunning views and rustic ruins provided a captivating backdrop for the event. The scene helped blend the old with the new in a way that symbolizes Estarta’s approach to technology. That approach is building on a strong foundation while embracing the future. Annual Event 2023 Overall, the night was filled with enthusiasm and profound enjoyment. The team was also able to blow off some steam after months of hard work. The celebration included both a look back at what had been accomplished as well as a forward-looking, positive outlook. The company’s aim to keep pushing boundaries, to keep innovating, and to have a positive impact was collectively reaffirmed by the palpable energy in the air. After over three decades on the scene, the company proudly celebrated its 1500+ professionals under its umbrella, with a noteworthy percentage of them being females, during this event. This number is particularly impressive considering the ICT sector has traditionally been male-dominated. The annual event served as a reminder of the company’s lasting spirit of advancement. It also cemented its commitment to its partners and clients, and its role in influencing Jordan’s digital landscape as Estarta enters its 33rd year. Cheers to another year of disruptive innovation and greatness! Read more here.

Art Therapy – DEI

Estarta’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee recently hosted an art therapy session in light of the growing need to spread awareness regarding mental well-being. It was a great initiative, and our Estartans learned a lot about how creating art can actually relieve pent-up stress. We would like to especially thank our very own Abrar Daradkeh for volunteering to teach everyone some lovely painting techniques as well! Lastly, we want to thank committee members Esraa Al Tamimi and Ayah Nashat for hosting the session. Definition: What is it? This is a unique discipline that combines creative techniques of expression through visual art mediums (not to be confused with arts therapy, which includes other creative therapies such as theater therapy and music therapy). The definition of it, a creative profession, can vary. As it were, it has its roots in the fields of art and psychotherapy. Art in Psychology and Psychotherapy Originally developed in the realms of art and psychology, this is a creative arts therapy profession with a wide range of definitions. People’s self-esteem, self-awareness, emotional fortitude, and sensory-motor function can all be improved by using this method. Additionally, it might help in conflict resolution and lessen distress. The Power of Sport and Music

Our DEI Committee members, Nour and Rula, showed Estartans how sport and music can play a role in our lives. Thus, thier session was very fruitful! Their insightful seminar covered many topics. These included how our heartbeats and bodies can respond to movement in sports as well as to musical notes and instruments. They closed the session in a very unique way. Everyone in the room was asked to close their eyes and listen to a certain tune. Then they had to picture the place this tune takes them to!

Estarta Attends SXSW Event

The CEO of Estarta, Mutaz H. Nabulsi, attended this year’s SXSW event in Austin, Texas. SXSW is one of the most prestigious annual IT events that is held in the world. As it were, the event took place from March 12th through the 15th. This is an especially important milestone for Estarta as a company! Thus, it was one of the first companies to represent the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as the Arab world! Besides being the first official SXSW participation by an Arab nation, this circumstance was also very important for Estarta specifically. So, it was a fantastic platform for the organization to show off its most recent goods and services, connect with business titans, exchange insightful information, and, most importantly, highlight Jordan’s ICT prowess on a worldwide scale. Estarta also believes it is highly crucial to showcase itself as a multinational company that is predicated on brilliant young Jordanian minds.
