Estarta is thrilled to reveal the launch of its eighth and newest location in Athens, Greece. As one would expect, Estarta highlighted this milestone by celebrating its ongoing global growth and expansion at the new delivery site through a prime event on June 1. With much elation, the opening event was quite a success, with much anticipation fueling what’s to come next! Estarta’s strategic presence in Athens seeks to cultivate local talent, stimulate knowledge exchange, and assist in the digital transformation initiatives of both Greek and international businesses. As for the designated site, the Athens location was thoughtfully selected based on a number of crucial success components in the business world, including the availability of qualified technical human capital and assets, the capacity to offer polyglot services, and Greece’s highly desirable and attractive location in the heart of Europe. With the expectation of significant future expansion, Estarta will begin operations with 150 team members. As it were, Estarta is a pioneering ICT organization dedicated to crafting quality services around the globe; this new milestone only adds the figures needed to cement this statement.
Estarta Volunteering at Mawaaed Al-Rahman

Leading software development and IT services provider Estarta held its final Ramadan volunteer event on Thursday, April 13. The Mawaaed Al-Rahman event was a resounding hit in terms of giving back to the community. The Jordanian non-governmental organization Tkiyet Um Ali, which Princess Haya formed in memory of her late mother, Queen Alia, is associated with the Mawaaed Al-Rahman initiative. Tkiyet Um Ali is the first program of its sort in Jordan, offering supplies and amenities to the underprivileged, hungry, and needy segments of Jordanian society. Ultimately, this event was a great opportunity for many, granting individuals in need support and uniting a varied collection of volunteers to work toward a shared objective. Estarta Celebrates the 11th Anniversary of Girls in ICT

Estarta recognizes International Girls in ICT Day, which was held on April 28, 2022. A discussion panel was held and hosted by passionate and talented female engineers who have been working in the field for multiple years in various departments and positions. It was presented by Amira ElAli, PR and Communications Manager. The Panel members were: Bilcais Elbargathi, Technical Consulting Engineer, IPCC Team Heba Al Dawood, Project Manager, PMO Team Heba Habashneh, Presales Technical Specialist/War Room Team Esraa Al Tamimi, Team Manager/Switching Team Layan Khader, Technical Consulting Engineer, AAA Team Hebah Habashneh, Technical Consulting Engineer, ACI Team Dima Shaltaf, HR officer in the Talent Acquisition team. The team shared their story, the challenges they faced working in the ICT sector, and how they overcame those challenges and gained the knowledge that made them able today to send a message to all the young girls struggling out there to pursue careers enabled by technology and study STEAM fields. On the other hand, Dima Shaltaf highlighted the notable increment in female applicants and added, “It is also worth mentioning that Estarta believes in equality and proves this by not showing gender prejudice in recruitment and the wage gap. We are now proud to say that we have a percentage of 46% female employees, and our numbers are increasing day by day!” “We are living in a digital world where social networks are very important,” said Amira ElAli, PR and Communications Manager. “We at Estarta ensure gender equality between men and women with the aim to raise awareness and highlight Estarta’s supportive management that invests in our females and in their development in the ICT field. We are lucky to be part of this organization where males empower females, working mothers, and help in having a work-life balance environment,” Amira ElAli added.
Estarta Signs a Memorandum with HTU

As a move forward towards Estarta’s leading role in supporting and nurturing the ICT sector from an early stage as well as securing Jobs with a promising career path for worthy talents, Estarta Solutions signed a Memorandum of understanding with Al-Hussein Technical University that promotes on-the-job training for the University IT students within Estarta. The MOU was signed by our CEO, Dr. Mutaz H. Nabulsi, and the university president, Dr. Ismael Hinti.

The event took place on Estarta premises in Amman in the presence of CEO Dr. Mutaz Al Nabulsi, the department directors, and Human Resources management.
